Reversal of a fundoplication

I had a hernia and the fundoplication done in February as post this my chest is on fire. Going back to see the surgeon who did it on Tuesday. Has anybody had the same experience? If this guy does not have a answer heading for Mayo.

I just had my second botox and dilation EGD. I was advised by the second doctor that my surgeon wrapped it too tight and I should have it redone. Live in Wisconsin. Where do I go for a reputable surgeon?

Hi, @marquis113 - Tagging a few members who've talked about being located in Wisconsin to see if they have some input for you on where to go to have a reputable surgeon perform the redo of the fundoplication and the wrap loosened @hgarm @dallains. @ghennel @blinken @tykehome @jmorgs and @roch may also have some thoughts for you.

marquis113 - do you have a specific distance you are willing to travel to have this procedure?

What part of WI do you live in? If in western WI, then clinics in MN might be an option.

Originally done at froedtert and when they found out they didn't wnt to del with me anymore. Said you couldn't redo.
