No worries. They are doing trials at City of Hope in CA.

I’m in the UK. I know they do the latest PIPAC in Germany and Spain. I think here too. There may be trials in US and I have no idea what the Mayo do. Sorry I can’t be of any more help.

Seems relevant to my situation. Do you know if the Mayo Clinic offers this treatment? I am being treated by a local oncology team here, in New Orleans. I am also being tested/treated at MD Anderson. I don’t see this treatment on offer by these institutions. ChatGPT lists a few places; Germany, Japan, etc.

I was diagnosed with CUP in October 2023. The cancer is in my abdomen and has impacted my bowels, which has caused a bowel obstruction. I currently get nutrition by IV and have a gastro tube that empties my stomach of bile and other liquids that build up because there isn’t a way through.

I’m about to get my eighth chemotherapy treatment. The goal is that when I get tested/scanned in July, there will be a significant reduction in cancer. I may consider HIPEC surgery if that’s an option then, but the best outcome is that chemotherapy cleans it out. So far, my abdomen is the only place where cancer is located.

Well, thank you. I am doing the double dose chemo paclitaxol and carboplatin. I love listening to a pastor that was in Redeemer in Manhattan (Tim Keller who is with the Lord now). I’d recommend listening to two messages - one is Death can only make me better- remembering Tim Keller and the other is Talking to yourself, not listening to yourself. They are both short on YouTube. I will let you know how things go and will remember you in prayer.
