Remote donation

So I stay in Olympia Washington and my mom lives in surprise Az. She is going through dialysis and I just found out we have the same blood type. I was trying to do a remote transplant but I'm not sure she has been to the Mayo clinic because it's the only one coming out for the UW medical center here in wa and I wanted to know if I can have her transfered to that clinic . She usually goes to banner hospital and also did some tests at st. Joseph in phoenix . Can she switch?
