@tconz

I would not drink my filtered water from Refrigerator. Dr. Falkinham has tested Spring Water and Poland Spring had been tested and had little to no MAC (I order mine online). Also, I order Rose Water and use my Steripen to get 99% of the bacteria out before drinking (it is a nice change from plain water). I make coffee from my LifeStraw pitcher which is very helpful.

Thanks for the info

That all sounds evidence based and smart. I do the same. But also just boil water for 15 minutes to make coffee, teas and hot chocolate …
If bored with water you could make your own “iced tea” with boiled water, adding squeeze of lemon and sweetener and then storing in a pitcher in the fridge. My fav is camomile with squeeze of orange.
Other ideas: powdered flavourings like crystal light, bio steel, even Metamucil orange …

I Do Not use Steripen on bottled Spring Water only on the Rose Water I order. I Do Not use Steripen on any of my LifeStraw Pitcher water either. Hope this helps.

I filter my water using a ZERO filter in about a 1 gallon container. (Purchase at Amazon or Walmart)
After filtering which takes out non dissolvable particles, I sterilize the water in an Instant pot. I use apx 2 gallons a day. Routine is simple once I got the largest filter container and have another large covered container to pour the filtered and sterilized water in
I use this water for drinking, cooking, humidifier, (one without a filter) and in CPAP humidifier. Also use it for gargling, sinus rinse, brushing teeth.
I have about 6 tooth brushes that I rotate and about once a month I wash all and sterilize them in top tray of baby bottle sterilizer.
I am 85 years old and the disease was advance before it was finally diagnosed. I also have GERD and chronic rhinitis .

Rose Water is just a type of flavored water but I use the Steripen in the Rose water before drinking. The Steripen is an ultralight that removes 99.9% of bacteria and makes drinking water safer. I also make my own ice cubes with the water from my LifeStraw pitcher.

Do you know if Zephyrhills Spring water has been tested safe ?

REPLY

I currently drink Poland Spring Water because I remember Dr. Falkinham has said that spring water is safer than other bottled water (purified, etc) and has tested certain brands (only a few) that have been shown not to have NT. I would be curious if anyone remembers which brands were specifically tested. I can't seem to find the post or seminar where it was was mentioned. Thanks.

@tconz Is your rose water a concentrate? The one I bought in an Armenian store is this one (Amazon also sells it). It did not cross my mind to sterilize it as I only use a capful into a glass of water from my Life Straw pitcher.
