Red light therapy for milia.

Posted by chriseliz @chriseliz, Apr 11, 2025

Has anyone else had success with a red light wand? I had purchased one to help with facial wrinkles. I tried it on my hands to get rid of milia. So far it's working well for me.

How did it go? I’m researching red light treatment devices. Specifically a cap.

I have thin bad skin. I researched red light therapy and bought 2 different kinds of light therapy. I was always bumping my arms on something causing gapping skin that bloody mess. My nurse practitioner said they didn’t look bad but I was horrified by the scaring and bruises on my arms. I started using red light therapy about 30 min a day on each arm and the results are great to me. I still have the scars but my arms do not tear as bad as they did before the red light therapy! I am convinced it was the red light therapy and good lotion.

@nanniesue4 , I’m researching too. The prices vary widely.
