Diagnosed two weeks ago with “life threatening” latex allergy. I’m totally overwhelmed. It’s going to take me some time to learn the “lay of the land” of what I can and cannnot do. Grocery shopping, restaurants. Two days ago I had a reaction when I opened the clothes dryer door to check on a (still damp) cotton quilt. Would it have been caused by rubber/latex in the drier or door, the heat, moisture, and particles ? That shocked the heck out of me. Now I’m afraid to go into the shower for fear of having a reaction. Is there latex/rubber in the shower head. I’m so frightened……
