Rebuilding core strength and shape after Abdominal Aortic Anyeurism

Hi, Almost 11 months since AAA, was wonder what the consensus is on rebuilding core strength and shape after surgery and a few months of healing? I’m 60, and getting ready for Knee replacement in the coming weeks.. What your thoughts?
