Radiation and Invasive Lobular Cancer
I am reading a lot about Endocrine Therapy and Chemo options with ILC, but not much on Radiation. Does anyone have experience on effectiveness of this? Most of the research appears to be on ductal.

@kathysimmons Hopefully it goes well! They wanted to do 25 sessions on me. Glad I did not do this but I think most do this at minimum. Let me know how it goes because I get a questions from other people on this.
Radiation is all I can do to try to keep it gone!!! I will let you know!! Probably be another week before I start!
You didn’t do it all because???
I am doing 15. At least first time I met with dr that is what he said. I go Fri for measurements and lot of stuff!!!! They do a lot before I start!!
I also had Invasive Lobular breast cancer which was hormone receptor positive. I had 28 +5 radiation. I had burns but got a prescription for 1% Silver Sulfadiazine Cream (SSD). It’s wonderful.
I took Anastrozole for 7 months and stopped due to side effects. I tried Exemestane, then quit. I started taking tamoxifen and it was bad and then I cut the dosage in half and I seem to be able to tolerate that.
