Can a cold or ear infection delay getting a transplant?

I can understand the disappointment that the transplant surgery scheduled for Thursday had to be cancelled. Has the transplant team suggested when they might reschedule the surgery? How will they check to be certain he/she is cleared for surgery?

Hi I dont believe so it wasnt postponed but cancelled
we have our fingers crossed
