PVC ablation help
I’m not sure where to post so I’ll try here. Looking for a way to find pvc ablation experts . Here in Eugene OR , an ablation apt may be a year out!! N have good insurance. Where should in start?

I was briefly on spironolactone to help with remodeling of heart. I had every side affect mentioned and was diagnosed allergic to it. I was put on a different medication that starts with ele but it replaces the spironolactone.
You did not mention your thyroid tests. Did you have one. It has dramatic affect on your heart. I am on Synthroid for my thyroid.
How long ago was your ablation. Were you told it can take 6-8 weeks for the heart to calm down from the ablation and you would have PVCs during that time as heart was really irritated from ablation. I assume you had ablation on RV or LV not atrial.
Has your doctors mentioned magnesium supplemental tablets? My EP recommended I take 400 mg a day. But like all of us should know that is me and specifically for me and you should check with your doctors to see if applicable to you.
One thing I have found that worrying, stress, anxiety, all contribute to having more PVCs. So relaxation techniques are critical. Also (with doctors permission) do you have an exercise you like to do? Exercise releases endorphins (spell) and a lot of us really benefit from it not only physically but mentally.
Don't like to exercise? Try a hobby that you like doing. Anything that brings a smile to your face is doing to help lower your anxiety and that is important to have that activity. Did your doctors explain to your and flight or fight hormone that is generated when you are under stress, anxiety. That hormone builds up which can have a dramatic (per my EP) affect on your heart irritability and PVCs.
Do you have access to a electrophysiologist (EP)? If not should try to find one locally that will work with your cardiologist. If you don't mind traveling, going to a major center like Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, John Hopkins, etc. can really help diagnose and come up with specific treatments for you.

Dr. Henrikson, chief electrophysiologist at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. He did the placement of my dual chamber leadless pacemakers, and is head of the team there. If you want to get in sooner, any of the three, who work under him do ablations weekly. I hope that everything turns out well for you. I’m scheduled to have my ablation September 3 at OHSU.

And actually, it’s a PFA ablation. Pulsed field ablation.
