Public education

I'm reading a lot about the concussion San Francisco 49er's coach Kyle Shanahan suffered recently in a serious car accident and his struggles. Maybe now's the time for someone to approach the NFL to discuss running an ad during their televised games informing the public that (1) there is no such thing as a "minor" TBI, (2) the signs and symptoms warranting a medical consult, and (3) head protection isn't just something the NFL needs to worry about. I think that could make a HUGE difference in the public discussion.
