IT HAS EFFECTED ME MY WHOLE LIFE. COULD NEVER KEEP A JOB BECAUSE AFRAID OF AUTHORITY FIGURES. I'LL STOP HERE FOR NOW.

Kim, when you experience something that triggers your PTSD, what do you find helps?
OMG, Colleen, Thank You! I have too much time on my hands. Memories just come to the forefront. adding this it's like living in a trap! Hidden away. I always liked creating, for the home or if a friend asked me to help them for their home. Social Workers, Psychologist, friends suggested I write a book about my life. A lot to think about, do I want to go there? I want help children if I did that. So now I color and do not realize how the time goes. Thinking about shading, colors. Big help. Caring for my 4, 4 legged kids. 2 dogs, 2 cats. I only can leave my home if my husband is not at work. A.A. is not something you are born with, it is something "THE WHITE COATS" DID AND THEY ARE PROTECTED. Spine surgeons, Neurosurgeons, It is not just coming from me, many nurses, other Specialists in the Medical Profession! Many, Many will refuse not to address! Never 1 Piece of Paper, never a any of those Drs sat you down and allowed you to make a choice! than do your research, Yes/No your decision before your life's dreams are taken away. A friend in need is a friend indeed. I found out. Goes for Cancer also. I hope I answered your question? I jumped around a lot. Thank you for listing!
