Pruvit diet & PMR

I was overweight prior to PMR . Weight gain has continued. Wondering if a ketosis diet like Pruvit would be contraindicated while on Prednisone & Kevzara

I truly described the way I felt to a friend the other day as it is like when your getting ready to open the Pillsbury biscuits and it pops knowing it going to jump you but you do it anyways and everything spills out. The weight gain just spills out of every open space!
Pregnazone starts as a friend, such a relief to the body and mind but turns into the friend that has over stayed their welcome and that you can't just ignore them but they are over taking your life. 😔

@ggboutot my Orthopedist describes it as your best friend from high school that now has a drinking problem and wants to sleep on your couch. It never fails to make me laugh and adds a little humor to our situation. 😂🤣
