PRP (platelet rich plasma) injection?
Has anyone had PRP injections? I have upper hamstring tendonitis and recently had a prolotherapy injection, which hasn't seemed to help, so I'm looking at other options. I know they're expensive and not covered by insurance but if the success rate is high, it's something I might consider. Thanks!

@loyd1957 I go for shockwave #7 on Thursday. It has helped me be able to use my foot but when I'm on it any length of time, then I have to get off my feet. But at least the debilitating pain is not there. I wonder too about damage to soft tissue that the xrays would not show. I byapssed the cortisone shot option because it's just a temporary fix, then you can rebound worse than ever once the shot wears off. Apparently, pf is quite common because everyone I mention it to either has it or has had it. We went shoe shopping today and the mgr of the shoe store said he's been dealing with it for 10 years. Oh great. : (
