Prostate problems

Several times a day I have an urgent need to urinate. I barely make it to the toilet in time. My urologist recently put me on FINASTERIDE 5MG. I was already taking TAMSULOSIN HCL 0.4MG. He said to wait a month before contacting him. I know I have an enlarged prostate. Any suggestions? Thanks.

@shark yes I have RE, but it is a small price to pay. No regrets at all.

I had the same problem.
I had the UroLift procedure done 3 years ago and I am still peeing like a teenager again.
That was the best decision I ever made.
I will say however, if you have the choice of having it done with local anesthesia or being put to sleep for the procedure, choose being put to sleep. Even with the numbing jell injected into my penis and the local injected directly into the prostate through the rectum, the pain was the worst that I ever experienced!
But still, worth it 3 years later.
