Post surgical advice for Tall people

Hey all. I am 6'5" individual and thinking about the limitations post open heart surgery to fix my aortic aneurysm. Does anyone have any advice tall people specific post surgery?

Never really thought how my arms and stuff move for some basic day to day actions since things are usually low and now a few months before of surgery I am realizing there could be some unique issues post surgery.
