Post COVID inflammation

I’m just putting this information out there for all of you long haulers. I have a pre-existing autoimmune disease and I don’t expect full recovery because of that, but I saw a naturopathic dr. After completing a very extensive online questionnaire about my health and had extensive and expensive blood work done the first appointment that I had with him he pointed out that because I have Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis The Covid virus went directly for my gut, which is the weakest part of my body And referred to what I was having as leaky gut. Before I got the blood work results back which were sent out of state. I started listening to some podcasts and YouTube videos by Dr Elroy Vojdani as well as the Dr. Hyman show. By the time I saw my blood work results I was shocked and amazed at how similar my doctors thinking and protocol is to the other doctors I’ve just named… Which is in the most simple terms many many many of our common foods are causing many of the symptoms That we are experiencing. I have started eliminating and avoiding whole foods that are toxic for me specifically which include all beef, pork, cod, and I should only be eating chicken, salmon and halibut. There is an extensive list of foods such as fruits and vegetables and nuts, which I need to avoid or which I can have once or twice a week but after three days of documenting what I have been eating, there is a considerable difference in the fatigue, brain fog, energy level, clarity of thought among other things… Regarding the two doctors above that I mentioned all of this is contained in their podcasts and YouTube’s. One of these doctors also has an autoimmune disorder, so the likelihood of introducing gluten dairy, so why corn may never happen again and there was reference to many headaches being resolved by giant restriction or elimination of certain foods . I am sick and tired of being sick and having a fear of food because I would have reactions almost immediately or as my doctor told me it could take hours for the body to react negatively. Take any or all of this information for what it’s worth .
