Very helpful thank you! I had a similar experience after eliminating gluten, dairy and high histamine foods/drinks. Haven't eliminated specific proteins yet, but perhaps should do that. How did you decide which proteins to continue and eliminate?

My naturpath dr. pulled blood and sent it to precision point in georgia; i live in scottsdale, az. the bloodwork is specifically called p88 dietary antigen test. precision point has a website and a video worth watching. my specific bloodwork indicates no beef/pork/or any other meat...but i can have chicken and i think they test about 85 foods/beans/nuts/dairy/protein etc. i'm doing the best i can to follow what my bloodwork indicated and yes, it's limiting but i've felt miserable for almost 5 yrs. where food would cause rash/dizziness/brain fog/tingling in feet and you can feel toxic sensitivity either immediately or as long as 72 hrs. but in the week i've followed this elimination, my brain fog has finally lifted and some other symptoms are improving slightly.
