Possible overdose in heart meds

My husband’s dr changed his Entresto from 26 mg daily to 206mg daily. He feels terrible. Is this normal?

@mousemarsha I found this information on the internet:

Entresto strengths are written as milligrams (mg) of sacubitril and mg of valsartan. This medication comes in the following strengths:

24/26 mg, which contains 24 mg sacubitril/26 mg valsartan
49/51 mg, which contains 49 mg sacubitril/51 mg valsartan
97/103 mg, which contains 97 mg sacubitril/103 mg valsartan
I would call your husband's doctor ASAP and confirm this is the correct dosage. It seems like a typo?

Dosing information
Usual Adult Dose for Congestive Heart Failure:

Initial dose: Sacubitril 49 mg-Valsartan 51 mg orally twice a day

Maintenance dose: Sacubitril 97 mg-Valsartan 103 mg orally twice a day

Comments:
-Increase to the target maintenance dose (sacubitril 97 mg-valsartan 103 mg twice daily) after 2 to 4 weeks, as tolerated.
-A starting dose of sacubitril 24 mg-valsartan 26 mg twice a day is recommended for patients not currently taking an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor or an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and for patients previously taking low doses of these agents. Double the dose every 2 to 4 weeks to the target maintenance dose (sacubitril 97 mg-valsartan 103 mg twice daily), as tolerated. 103 x 2 = 206.
