How does Phase 2 of bariatric surgery work?

I had surgery on 2/21/23. Since then I've just done the full liquid. Do I meet with the surgeon for follow up and then he says move to Phase 2?

Did they give you any educational material before surgery?

Usually the surgical / nutritionist / nurse provides details on what your food plan for the upcoming months will be.

If not, contact the providers for guidelines.

No I was not trying to get the Bariatric surgery I was just trying to lose weight on my own.
