OMG, guns and jail (dementia fueled) So much to deal with, with this disease. We're definitely on our toes 24 x 7. Best, Karla

@kmliste It's wild but with this disease, who knows anything can happen, I suppose. Best, Karla

@rutgersmom123 Yes my husband was diagnosed in August of 2025. And I could see the same signs you saw earlier than that. We were hacked into on his PC in 2025, and I suspect that's because he gets confused, and just starts clicking away. It's all so worrisome, especially with the driving, where they're still independent but the judgement, space, distance, thing is different for them. And I worry constantly, over what he's doing on the PC.....My best, PS, I think I remember my son, when he was young going to a summer camp at Rutgers.....
He was all over the place in sports.......Karla

@kjc48 I agree about the driving. I am now always on edge when in the car with him. I have also seen some issues with pc, me having to undo some things or cancel them. It is all a worry, especially the driving because he thinks it is fine. Ugh.My son did undergrad work at Rutgers .

@rutgersmom123 Irene, keep a keen eye on his issues with the PC. As when we got hacked, a person or persons got access to his PC, and changed his Microsoft rules to where he couldn't see any of his emails on the PC and/or his cell phone. Preventing him from getting any bank and/or credit card notifications as they were in and out of our accounts trying to draw money. It was such a fiasco trying to get everything back in order with new bank accounts, closed accounts, new credit cards and now the entire hassle of auto and direct pay where it all had to be set up again.
What a nightmare. Best, Karla
