Pari eFlow rapid nebulizer system

I’m thinking about buying a Pari eFlow rapid nebulizer system and recall there was recently some discussion about it. The comments were very positive and it seems like a good system to use especially when travelling (I have the Pari Trek S, which I find to be pretty weak compared to compressors I use at home).

I am used to the nebulizer cups and this system seems to use different nebulizer cups? Is anyone familiar with this and how do you clean/sterilize them?

Does anyone have any comments or recommendations regarding the eFlow system? It’s expensive so I am approaching this purchase with some caution.
