Pain at night.
I have ‘t been here for awhile. Lately when I go to bed I have pain through my whole body. I m so sore and stiff I can hardly move. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years ago and I had Lyme a few years ago but I haven’t had anything like this. For 4 weeks i have had back pain that is getting worse. Between the virus and my doctor being on maternity leave, I haven’t been able to see a doctor since March. If nothing else, I would like some exercises for back pain. Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts.

@ryman, I can relate to the pain all over the body. It sounds much like the pain I have when my polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) is active. Hopefully you can schedule an appointment with a doctor soon.

Are you taking any medications for your fibromyalgia? Do you think that might be the source of the pain at night?
Thank you. I will check out that discussion and the exercises. I am wondering if it is fibro. I have never had this all over pain before. No, I never had much trouble with the fibro. Also, I have stomach problems that limit the meds I can take. Thank you so much for your help.
@ryman I should have provided more information on PMR which is what I have and sounds very similar to the pain you are having. Here's some information from Mayo Clinic on Polymyalgia rheumatica - Symptoms & Causes: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/polymyalgia-rheumatica/symptoms-causes/syc-20376539.

Thank you. I will check those out.
I am looking into PMR and beginning to wonder if this might be my problem. I can’t see my primary till midAugust but will discuss it with her then.
