Pac's/pvc's only when excercising

Has anyone had pac's/pvcs only happen when up and doing physical things. Sometimes all it takes is for me to get dressed for the day. About a year ago I went to the my primary doctor complaining of being overly tired. One visit my pulse was in the 30s alarmed him he did an ekg right there and referred me to a cardiologist. I had a treadmill stress test and the cardiologist who did it said I was borderline needing a pacemaker. Thing is my personal cardiologist never agreed. I had the 48-monitor done and it found pvc's, some tachycardia, pac's. Still, she did not want to do anything. She did the two week monitor but that is when my primary doctor referred me to a new cardiologist. Talking to her she said I may need a pacemaker. But this week I will have a echocardiogram done, then on the 26th I will have a chemical stress test with them picturing my heart.
My new doctor recommended that I buy a kardia mobile and blood pressure cuff. That is how I found that my pvc's and pacs happen only when I am up and doing things. Which makes me nervous to exercise which I miss doing. I would love to hear what others have experience.

Thank you for this. I am willing to do meds, much better than any surgery. But in reading others comments and experiences, several have side effects I don't think I would be able to live with. I already have trouble staying awake at times. Also, if it takes a pacemaker that will raise my energy level, make it so that exercising is not scary for me, I want it done. Soon after my stomach bypass and then both knee replacements I was able to walk for many miles without any problems. Now I walk 6 blocks, and my world is spinning, I get out of breath, and my heart is pounding. It scares me. With much time I took off of work I have no sick time. I am still paying off the Kardia Mobile, my smart watch that reads my heart beats 24X7. I would love to get something like the Wellue chest strap for when I am walking, cooking, etc. Sometimes I cannot even finish cooking my family's meal without my symptoms starting up. Last week I was supposed to have my echo done but my ride to the appt. got a flat tire I missed it. I have the echo on Tuesday the 25th and the stress test while taking pictures of my heart on the 26th.

@katiedash This whole heart thing takes so much energy just to figure out! I hope you get good information from your echos that can help you what the best thing to do is. It is great that you are walking, but boy your experience sounds scary. Have you heard of the six minute walk test? I keep track of how I am doing by walking the same route for 6 minutes. My phone tells me how far I've gone. It isn't the official way to do the test, but I can do it at home whenever I want. Weather has an impact on my time, and what shoes I wear matters too. If you want to read about it...https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK576420/. I don't bother with the pulse oximeter or measuring out 30 meters or the stopwatch. I just use this app on my phone...https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/6wt/id1454002232. Apple has a passive version, it just reports your 6 min walk, but that one is always fewer meters than when I do the app and focus on walking.

Thank you so much for these tips. I will look into them. I did not make it to my first echo test as got a flat tire on the way. So my first is tomorrow, then the chemical stress test is the next day. I see the doctor in Dec. to talk about the results. Yes, this is very frustrating, my first heart doctor looked at me like I was crazy. Treated me like all I wanted was the pacemaker just for the fun of it. Or that is the way I felt she treated me. She did do the 48-hour halter monitor that found all my pvc's, pac's and more. I would have to pull out that report. But it was not alarming to her even when I told her I would get dizzy. When I pushed for more answers, anything other than you have a strong heart with no blockages you are fine. She allowed for the 2 weeks; I do not have the result of that one because my pcp and I got fed up with that cardio and sent me to this new one. She was surprised Dr. Lee did not ask for pictures of my heart. I just want to be able to go for my walks again without fear of collapsing. If that can be done without a pacemaker that would be wonderful. I downloaded the app and will try doing the 6min walk test. Would have to first walk downtown about 3 blocks to get to a flat surface. There are many hills and some of them steep around me.
