Did not even know it was offered. I do know that doing yoga and meditation can help.
Another poster suggested Taurine. I am process of checking with my EP and heart failure doctors to see if any issue with taking it.
I think a lot of issues with PVC and PACs is the stress of dealing with them and anxiety. It is why I have a Mayo provider who in Psychiatric Dept. who prescribed a anxiety medication for me. It has and does help.

Has anybody had an ablation for PVCs? Did it work? What was your burden before ablation ? Or what are you doing to stop PVCs if you have not got an ablation? These are driving me crazy.

Had two. Second worked well. After first they came back just as bad as before. Couldn’t stand side effects of beta blockers, or antiarrythmics, and couldn’t stand the 20% burden of pvc’s. Ablasion was the only answer for me. Totally appreciate modern technologies push forward in heart treatment.

May I ask how old you are? Did you have symptoms from you PVC's. I had several ablations but not for PVCs. I’m 74 years old. Going to increase my magnesium to 300mg. Do not what to use arrhythmia drugs.

Pvc’s started when I was trying to learn a new computer program and become really upset that I couldn’t figure it out. They started spontaneously and never quit but kept getting worse over time. That was about 6 or seven years ago. What is your pvc burden? Do you feel them?
I could feel every one and bigeminys were worst. Especially getting a chain of them one after the other.

My pvc and pac burden is 2%. Latest event monitor in October . Seems to be getting more frequent although. Not sleeping real good. I’m 160lbs and thinned chested so I feel everyone of them. Walk two miles daily no problem yet.

Less than 5%, I have been told by several cardiologists, should present no problems with developing cardiomyopathy or a lessened ejection fraction. Annoying, but shouldn’t impact your life, at least physically.

I’m in Oregon. Oregon Health Science University is the pre-eminent cardiology center for us. Which state are you located in and what is your best regional cardiac care facility?

I don’t know if it’s an option but I was wondering if anybody gave it a try.
