Ovarian cancer: Anyone here on Enhertu?

Posted by corday7578 @corday7578, Apr 27, 2024

Anyone here on Enhertu? It’s been fairly successful for breast cancer & now approved for ovarian cancer. I’ve been on Doxil/Avastin & it’s no longer working. My gyn/onc is very much into research & is excited about this drug. Success? Side effects?

Yes, I'm on it. After 8 cycles my tumor(s) have been 58% shrunk.

I'm on Enhertu as well for recurrence of uterine serous carcinoma. HER 2 Positive. I started in May with a CA 125 of 74..after 3 treatments CA 125 down to 22 and after 4 treatments now 16....I will have a PET scan in August to see exactly what's going on. Side effects from treatment have been manageable no nausea some chemo fog but have been able to continue all normal activity. pilates, pickleball and work. I'm told that there is no end date with enhertu so I am hopeful that I will continue to tolerate it well and that it will keep an agressive cancer at bay !

Hi. I have ovarian cancer and was on Enhertu for almost 9 months. It kept things stable and one tumor shrank. I didn’t find the side effects that bad after day 10. I did develop ground glass in my lungs after awhile. The best to you.
