Nocturnal Seizure Question

Posted by meadows @meadows, Apr 3 7:49am

What are your seizures like at night? My diagnosis over the years has varied from stiff-person-syndrome (partial) or some type of small seizures at night only. I can sense it coming on as it wakes me up - mine last only 5-10 seconds - my feet/legs will feel as if they are being intensely pushed straight outwards and/or my body to arch upwards, and I have no control over it - the force is so intense it could probably cause a tendon to tear! My legs become very spastic during those brief moments too. Sometimes I am left with severe crampy/weakness in my feet. Does anyone have anything like this? Thanks.
