Neuropathy Pain at Night: What helps?

THC or marijuana for me relieves pain from neuropathy. It works every time takes a few minutes and a few puffs of smoke and it comes it down for some crazy reason that makes this drug so popular.

Wim Hof breathing technique and cold plunge help my neuropathy. Cold plunge: 38-40 degrees F. 1-4 minutes (I don’t often do 4 minutes in winter)
With these methods I don’t have to use any drugs

I just wanted to add that I DO NOT judge needing meds, just trying to be helpful and make suggestions. I have had RA for years but the neuropathy pain is waaayy worse than anything I had with RA.
