New inhalers

Would like ideas about the most successful inhalers.
I have emphysema and have tried a lot of the newer ones with very little sucess I always end up back on symbicort and ventolin. The side affects of some are just not worth it. Any ideas appreciated.

They did change the outward look of Breztri .. it appeared the mouth piece was too short! The key though, are you using an extender? I was not until someone introduced me to it...makes all the difference in the world in the delivery of your medication to the airway! I receivd the first one from my providers tech who does PFT's, it is by Monaghan, Z STAT.... can purchase on Amazon.

I apologize, I did not see it on Amazon even though it pulls up the category for it.
Google it as Monaghan Z STAT . It is an aero chamber that allows the medication to be delivered more efficiently. I personally prefer not to order non-medical "stuff." Monaghan is a medical company out of Pittsburgh. They are no very expensive ($9-$12) and provide explicit direction on how to use, clean etc. In fact your physician should probably have some samples left by the company's Representatives that visit them. It greatly enhanced my inhalations with a noticeable difference! I will try to figure out how to take a picture of one and attach it in my next message.

I have used Symicort for some time. I have also tried all of the above except for Anoro. One of which I tried is Spiriva which reacted very poorly. I buy the Symbicort from India because my Rx plan would be a small fortune. I will check out Anoro but doubtful I will change. My Pulmonologist gave me what I would call a "chamber" which supposedly works better.

Watch out that you are not allergic to added ingredient in Bretzi. I was!
It’s symbicort with an additive that was listed already on my drug allergy list by another name.

My throat closed up because the list was not checked.

Very dangerous! I recommend stay with symbicort if you are allergic to other drugs.

Thanks for comments to you guys. I used to use Breztri then had problems
when they changed the inhaler. Have they changed it back to the white one?
