Nausea Following Pelvic Radiation

I’ll appreciate any suggestions for dealing with frequent nausea, possibly a long term side effect from pelvic radiation for bladder cancer completed 6 years ago. Thanks.

New onset nausea 6 years after pelvic radiation. Oncologist has said side effects can occur as long as 20 years post radiation. As the nausea is not constant and no other cause has been determined medically I’m wondering if this might be a late onset.
Thank you for any insights you might have.
