My left shoulder seems to be dropping since I had a pacemaker

I had a pacemaker put in 4 years ago. I've been noticing lately that my left shoulder appears to be drooping/dropping.

I am wearing the same bras for the last 4 years. Now the left strap needs shortening.
Does this mean I should be doing some exercises to strengthen my left shoulder. If so, what kind?

Hello @elizadolittle,

Have you had a chance to discuss this issue with your provider at all? Was this a sudden onset symptom, or has it been gradual? Was there an injury that brought on the drop?

Shoulders can be tricky joints to exercise and diagnose, which is why it may be important to loop in your care team to assess if there is root cause for the drooping of your shoulder.

My left shoulder is the one that I use for my purse as well. So, it may have something to do with that. I've just noticed it lately.
