Molar Pregnancy

Hello everyone, my cousin who is 21 suffered a Molar pregnancy a couple months ago, unfortunately not much was known about Molar pregnancies here in Trinidad, a D&C was performed to remove the moles however for some reason there was a regrowth of the moles and another D&C was done two weeks after the first one, a CT scan done a few days after the second procedure showed no remaining tissue, she was released from hospital but has clinic visits every two weeks, since she had the procedure done she's had issues with heavy bleeding every two weeks or so, she gets headaches and dizziness, her hcg levels dropped and then it went back up, the Dr who is attending her in clinic says there is no problem because her histology came back negative, her last CA 125 came back reading 27.0 U/ml that was on the 5/12/2016 and the Dr said it was good however she did another CA 125 today and she said it was 45. something I haven't seen the results yet, do it went up, she's also been bleeding since last Sunday. Unfortunately the Dr's in this country tend to not look to deeply into illnesses, they did not even know what a Molar Pregnancy was, the Dr who is attending her now says she is fine, no further tests have been done,we spoke to her attending on the ward and he said that fertility tests should have been done and she should've started receiving chemo when the clinic Dr saw that her hcg levels were not dropping. Is there anyone who has had a similar experience who can shed some light on this situation, she has a clinic appointment tomorrow and I'm waiting to hear what the Dr's say, frankly I'm not happy at all with the Dr's nonchalant responses to our concerns and I intend to tell her so tomorrow. I look forward to any feedback.

My cousin has been having difficulty breathing sometimes, she continually clears her throat and starts coughing especially after consuming anything cold, she had a CT scan done last week, so we should get the results back in a couple weeks from now, I'm worried that the Molar pregnancy metastasized and she wasn't treated for it when she should've been. Keeping our fingers crossed hoping for the best.
