Anyone had minimally invasive ligament decompression (MILD) treatment?

I am considering the "MILD" treatment which debulks the ligament thereby increasing spinal canal space.

I had a MILD done last August. It relieved some pain in my Left leg but didn't do anything for the right.
Also did the epidural for about 5 years until they quit working, PT, Drugs, Etc.
I would do it again, it is a very quick surgery easy recovery and will help if you have Central Stenosis, but doesn't really help for Foramonal Stenosis much which is most of my pain.
To me was net logical low risk step before fusion.
1 day in hospital as it was for 3 levels, not much added pain than I already have after maybe a week.
