Millein in nebulizer

With Mullen work in a nebulizer. Can get it directly to the lungs instead of going to your body and filtered before it gets to your lungs. I would think there’s not much mullein after going to your system. So with the nebulizer help that go directly to your lungs. for helping with COPD.
