Microscopic hematuria for life

I’m a 40 year old and have had microscopic hematuria since at least the age of 8. I have had countless Urologists and 2 Nephrologists rule out everything, but still no cause. My point of concern is that in March my RBC were at 6-10 and June/ July they are now 21-50. I have an appointment coming in August with Hematology at U of Iowa. I have symptoms of: fatigue, headache, easily bruised, dizzy/ lightheaded. My ferritin is low and my theory is that I’m losing blood causing these symptoms of low iron. However, I continually am being told that cannot be the case. Has anyone had experience with lifelong microscopic hematuria? Or now I am wondering if I have some sort of blood disorder?

I also have persistant Microscopic Hematuria. In my case it happened post menopause which was chemo induced. I've had it for 25 years. I've had all the workups and no one can figure it out. I have never had anemia so I wouldn't think that the microscopic hematuria alone would cause your issues. There could be many reasons for anemia. I'll keep watching for any updates and in the meantime, (and I know this is hard) keep deep breathing and try not to "project" until you meet with the doctors. All the best.
