Men's Health Center?
The MAYO Clinic has a Women's Health Center. Why no Men's?

Welcome @bde2025, Actually I think Mayo Clinic does have a Men’s Health Center - https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/mens-health/overview/ovc-20568062
Are you looking for specific information or treatments for men?
The link you provided is for the urology department. Not exactly a holistic, comprehensive health center.
I noticed that but since I'm a Rochester Mayo patient, my experience has been that the doctors I've worked with are open to discussing a holistic approach for men's health and incorporating integrative health services into your care plan. If you read through the page it's more than just the urology department.
I do agree that it does kind of make it seem like it's all about urology and not a "Men's Health Center" when compared to the Women's Health page - https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/center-for-womens-health/sections/overview/ovc-20555828.
Hi @bde2025, Mayo Clinic is dedicated to men's health as well as women's health and pediatric care.
You're right that the Men's Health team is located within the department of urology for organizational purposes. (https://menshealth.mayoclinic.org/) Women's Health is within internal medicine. As per the Mayo Clinic model of care, men's and women's health experts are recognized nationally and internationally for their innovative approaches to treatment and a commitment to integrating sex and gender concepts into clinical care, research and education. Your team will deliver world-class care that is tailored to fit your individual needs.
Mayo Clinic Urologist, Tobias S. Köhler, M.D., explains the collaboration of the Mayo Men's Health Team.
Nothing in that video indicated anything other than a urology department. All of the doctors named are urologists. All of the conditions discussed are treated by urologists. And when he uses the word "collaborate," it sounds like a puffed-up word for a referral.
If are truly dedicated to men's health, you would have a dedicated men's health center equal to that of the women's health center. And, it would actually make more sense that it be in the internal medicine department as well.
@bde2025 Im not sure what you expected for a men’s clinic? I’m a 73 y.o. retired male nurse and women’s bodies are far more complicated than men’s. And women have been far less studied than men have been historically. Men do not have the challenges women have in regards to staying healthy. As men the urologic area is where most of our problems occur. There are sub-specialties within urology to treat specific complaints too. The rest of our issues are typically handled by internist, cardiologist, etc. Why don’t you provide to us what you feel an appropriate Men’s Clinic should consist of, I’d be interested. I thought Colleen provided you with a wonderful answer.
Wait, what? "Men do not have the challenges women have in regards to staying healthy." Since when? Men's life expectancy is 8 years less than that of women. With the exception of breast cancer, men suffer at higher rates of virtually every disease common to both sexes. Heart disease. Lung disease. Cancer. Kidney disease. Gastrointestinal diseases.
A men's health center should be designed to address the whole man, just like most women's health centers are designed to do. A perfect example is the Iris Cantor Men's Health Center in NYC.
@bde2025 I looked up the Irish Cantor Men's Health Center in NYC and all of the physicians are urologists and much (not all) of the care is pelvic floor and urology-related. From what @colleenyoung explained it appears to me that Urology at Mayo Clinic while using a different name does cover many of the same areas as the one in NYC.
I have been a patient at the Mayo Clinic Menopause and Sexual Health Clinic.

Are you looking for something similar for men? If yes, what would this include?
I can't post a link to the Iris Cantor Men's Health Center. The department has internal medicine primary care, cardiologists, endocrinologists and urologists on staff.
Here's a link to the Iris Cantor Men's Health Center - https://weillcornell.org/urology-iris-cantor-mens-health-center. Notice that it's in urology? Sounds similar to Mayo Clinic's Men's Health Center.
