May have undiagnosed autoimmune disease
I have seen 17 doctors, mostly specialists, had 9 blood tests, MRI, Ultrasounds and X-rays. No diagnosis with strong basis. Symptoms: fatigue , muscle and joint pain, soreness in mouth, and tongue, pulsation all over body and dramatic incidents of BP up and down, vertigo, rectal turned to liquid etc. Have been diagnosed with Lupus, Lyme, polymyalgia rheumatica, back issues, and possible Parkinson’s. None worked out. Considering long term COVID. Any thoughts or suggestions

I also have a long list of labs a specialist ran on me I can sent you
I am confused. I was diagnosed with MS 10 years ago, but the results from the ANA blood test was negative. Can someone explain how a person could test negative for autoimmune disease but be diagnosed with MS
With my current multiple symptoms, I took
A NA and it was positive. I was diagnosed with Lupus. After many additional blood tests , the ANA was negative but the other tests showed I didn’t have Lupus. The bottom line, ANA alone whether positive or negative is not enough to make a diagnosis. It only indicates what might exist not what actually does. I assume you had other tests.
Have you been checked DPPX. I was diagnosed when my blood work was sent to Mayo in Rochester. Most doctors don’t know what DPPX is. Good luck
Hello Artemis1886, Can you send me your list of labs?
Thank you so much for your time/information!
Linda
@artemis1886, if you post a list of labs that were done for you, please remove any personal identifying information before posting, ie, name, address, date of birth, doctor or lab name and location.
Yes I will send you the list Dr Oaklander requested,
I sent you the lab form
@artemis1886, thank you for posting the blank lab form request. This is helpful to see what tests can be ordered.
