Yes, I have and for me they can work great but others times they can cause panic attacks for me and I don’t know why sometimes they help so much and other times it makes the anxiety even worse.
If I have adverse effects from THC drops or small portion of a gummy, I decrease the amount. In summer I feel better so I get off of it totally until cold weather returns. I suspect my body removes any accumulation of THC during that time. Terri

I only started the edibles 2 weeks ago. There are so many alternatives such as Ashwagandha/magnesium and mushrooms etc. I would try out a few other products. Good luck.

Meds can be very helpful with chronic anxiety, also very helpful is CBT therapy. Talking out one`s anxieties can feel embarassing and a one down position, but the brief discomfort of such is well worth the benefit of feeling relaxed and not having the sense of dread and pervasive apprehension and hypervigilance. CBT is not a cureall, but is evidence-based and with an experienced practitioner a reĺiable relief for distressing chronic anxiety.
