MAC and now Serratia bacteria
I have Bronchiectasis and Mac and now culture shows Serratia ? Been doing watchful waiting but now need antibiotics for Serratia- anyone else???

I had a positive for it along side of the mac at the time with bronchiactisis. No treatment for serrated but after 6months . My retesting shows nothing

Take with a large meal!
I had serratia marsensis coming up for a few months in my Resp culture. Dr Eddy gave 14 days of levofloxacin because I was coughing a lot and I will see if it comes back in my next sputum culture

Is he suggesting a pro/prebiotic in conjunction with? I suggest FloraStor Dual and start it before you start the antibiotic
