Has anyone had experiences with some of the larger Lung/Pulmonary Departments in the larger Medical Center and if so were you pleased with the evaluation and treatment you received

I just moved from Nevada to Illinois. I am going through Northwestern Memorial Hospital. One of the best in the country and they are very good so far. I would recommend them!
My pulmonologist in NY told me that Dr. Criner at Temple was the leading expert on emphysema and COPD in the country. And from other platforms that address emphysema, many participants say he is an expert in the endobronchial valves, like the Zephyr. But I have no direct experience.
@slowtime Thank you for your response. I have probably read every research article that Dr Criner has been involved with. Interesting tho, one would probably want to have an appointment with one of the physicians in the study as they do the procedures/intervention. Dr Criner is more involved in the actual research output/statistics etc.
