I have a low red blood cell count - other than a B12 injection what foods nerf recommended to boost

Hi @ggb21. It would be very helpful to know the cause for your low red blood count. There are foods and nutrients which can help promote cell growth. But if there’s an underlying cause where the bone marrow isn’t able to make enough healthy red blood cells, white cells or platelets, then just consuming food won’t correct the problem.
