Low Protein Recipes

Does anyone have sugfestions for sources on low protein diets, such as recipes or menus? This has been recommended because of prescribed medicine. I don't know the medecine. I am inquiring for someone else. Thanks.

I can't answer your question, but my neurologist recommends getting plenty of meat and protein your friend might want to have the patient ask his neurologist abot a low protein diet.

Meals with protein can be eaten while you’re taking carbidopa levodopa just an hour before or after the medication as it can interfere with absorption of the medication. Our meals are scheduled around my husband’s med times.

It's an article published in Sleep Medicine, Vol 14, Issue 8, page 744-748, U tgiyggt U gad wrutteb biwb tge URL but apparently I didn't and now my memory won't let me rememer why I thought it would interest you. I don't have any snort........what was I thinking...who are you and why am I posting s omething to you .? ISome people have a mind like a steel trap; mine is like a teflon-coated sieve. But since I don't tavel much any more, my brain takes me all kinds of places.....
