Low heart rate. Should I be concerned?
My heart rate recently has been in the mid to high 40s while my blood pressure averages about 135/75. I am on Furosemide, Jardiance, Amlodipine, Eliquis, Doxasocin, and Atorvastatin. Should I be concerned about the low heart rate?

Probably not, but a lot depends on what else about you that your doctor knows that makes your current regimen of medication quite appropriate, even with the somewhat low rate. The standard answer about what rate constitutes bradycardia is below 60, but some cardiologists have gone public stating that they feel 50 is more reasonable. I can't say I agree or disagree, but when I was younger and quite fit as a competitive runner, my HR routinely ran below 40 when I was watching TV...and not getting worked up about what I saw. 😀
So, if you are sedentary when you take this rate, again, probably not...but it couldn't hurt to run it past your doctor, especially if it will allay your fears or suspicions. Can't hurt...right? The test is if your BP is also low and if you sometimes feel wobbly, dizzy, and lose your balance, or find you're breathless too often for comfort. Those could all be signs of real bradycardia, enough that your cardiologist would want to take a close look at adjusting some of your medications.

You are on a lot of medications. You should talk to your medical providers about the impact of those medications on your heart rate and your BP.
Your HR in the high 40s would be a concern for most doctors. Why? just because the norm is 70. But if you do not have side affects like dizzesnes, fatigue, or other problems it might not be an issue with you. That is why your question should be answered by medical professiona.
When I was put on Entresto and Coreg my HR went down into 30s. Dizzeness came. I have a ICD/Pacemaker and they raised my pulsing to 70. The 70 was best rate they found to lesson PVCs.
Your BP is same comment. The first number is a little high. The norm is 120/80. So you can see your first number is elevated. However my doctors would only comment on a 135 as something to watch. My BP is low because of my medications and runs about 100/60. So you can see my doctors are on the other end of concern with low BP. I do and have dizzesniess if I stand up to soon. So I have been working on not doing that.
Again, you are on a lot of medications. All medications have side affects. My suggestion go over all of them with your medical provider to see if affecting your BP and pulse rate. Your medical providers will probably asked how you are feeling, any side affects of low HR.
