Does anyone have remedies for long haul Covid internal tremors and muscle spasms or twitches?

Me too. I have been experiencing this for a while
I gave a family member suffering from tremors which seem to aggravate her severe anxiety and numerous other post COVID symptoms. We have not had any success in finding someone who can help. This has been going on for over 3 months. Looking for any help!
Hi everyone, I am brand new on Mayo Connect and am actually heading to Mayo Clinic next month to be seen for Post-Covid Syndrome. I've had a bit of success with my local neurologist with symptom management around my tremors and muscle spasms from small fiber neuropathy that started a couple of months ago through medication treatment.
Did they just recommend with medication?
I've been experiencing a tremor in my hands and muscle spasms in my legs for over a year now (since I got covid the 1st time). My neurologist doesn't seem to be concerned about my tremor, but then again, she doesn't seem that concerned with my incoordinated, slow-as-a-snail ataxic gait.
I need help and encouragement that I will return to normal someday. I am in my 50s and was an active, healthy woman before covid hit.
Since doing my own in depth research online I have been eating a low histamine diet and taking supplements. I am also going to be seeing a Functional MD who will carefully study my DNA and other tests and then prescribe the proper supplements and meds to hopefully help me to get better over time. All of this is paid out of pocket but I am willing to try anything at this point!
