Liver Transplant: What is the lowest dose of Tacrolimus anyone is on?

What is the lowest dose of Tacrilimous anyone is on? I’m down to 2mg twice a day after 7 years but am wondering if anyone is surviving and well on a lower dose?

I take 2.5 mg a day, BUT I am on 720mg of Cellcept daily as well to save my kidneys.

My son(24 years old) is in 0.2mg twice daily. But also on cellcept, prednisone and itraconazole which multiplies tacrolimus levels.

I was down to .5mg once a day due to my liver’s slow processing of tacrolimus. And that’s with no other immunosuppressants. It all depends on what trough level your Drs are comfortable with.
