It’s like being stuck in a nightmare for you!
My daughter had a 20 mm stone earlier this year. They delayed surgery for 30 days for no reason.
Have you considered Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic or a similar institution?

Because of the size they made an incision between ribs to get it out. She had a stent also initially.
