as I age In notice that food is less tasty and satisfying. I seem to keep looking for a better tasting food. This is not how the other 77 years were with eating.
Understand it is normal. I’m 72, and things don’t taste as they used to. My wife is also a recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic, and we are managing it with diet, which restricts a good many of the tastier food groups. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds in the last six months…loved the surprised look on the face of my primary care physicians face…Guess there are benefits.
