Kidney pain 22 months post transplant.

Hello, I’m looking for any help . I received a transplant 22 months ago. Deceased donor. I am in pain almost daily . My kidney will swell and throb.
I’ve communicated this to my Transplant team for 18 months and have had multiple ultrasounds done and they don’t seem to know what the problem is and say there’s nothing they can do. I’m only 36 years old and I’m a full-time teacher and a single mother of two and cannot take the pain anymore. It causes me to miss work, special events for my kids and be bedridden for days until it passes.
Sometimes it’s so severe that I get chills, body aches , sweats and some days the only area affected is my actually kidney.
The team has done multiple ultrasounds and tests, and do not seem to see anything wrong. I don’t know what I can do at this point. Has anyone experienced anything similar that would be able to share what their team found out to be the reason for pain?
