Has anyone tried IV ozone therapy for long Covid?

Has anyone tried IV ozone therapy? I’ve had a few sessions. I think it might be improving my energy. But I’m not sure yet. If you have tried it did it help you?

@mahjmom I seem to recall there was talk of using this in early Covid-19 days, and a few reports of outcomes. Unfortunately, it seems there were never any follow-up studies at to whether it is 1) effective - beyond anecdotal reports, and 2) safe - ozone is toxic.
Here is a review of one case where the patient suffered adverse effects:

What kind of practitioner is doing these infusions for you? What kind of evidence were you provided of the effectiveness and risks?

I am seeing a functional med doctor and a natural path doctor. They have training in Ozone therapy. There is no real evidence for any treatments we’re doing. Most of it is antidotal or in the early stages of being studied. She has used this therapy with other patients who have long Covid and/or other viruses. She has seen positive results. But she really doesn’t know if this is going to help me in a short term or long-term or at all. But I’m trying to be hopeful As nothing else has given me much relief.

I am on IV ozone for several reasons, one as complementary care for the cancer I have. I learned recently that it might help neuropathy. I’ve had only 3 sessions so far. I plan to continue. I will report I. The future whether it helps me with my neuropathy and other issues.

Update? I’ve recently had two Ozone treatments a week apart. I have small fiber neuropathy probably from Covid. Following my treatment today, I had extreme excitability in my nerves. Anxiety through the roof. They also put Glutathione in it.
I’m wondering if you’ve had success?
