Itching all over
I have this terrible itching all over 24/7. No visible rash. Started prior to August 2025. Also have a sweaty clammyness in certain areas of my body. Showers don’t help. I am taking allergy shots every week for the itching, started in August 2025 but still no relief. Recently started Dupixant injections but I don’t know if I can afford them. Anyone out there with similar issues? My name is Gilbert and I’m 73 years old. Thank you.

Many causes…one that surprised me, is kidney problems…thank heaven I’ve not experienced it ! Meds or combinations of meds….immunotherapy, thankfully mild for me. Sending relief vibes to all who itch !
Diabetes, liver and kidney issues can cause itching. Also, detergents, soap, etc. Have you changed detergents that you wash your clothes or sheets? I recommend drinking water consistently to remain hydrated as this helps so many things. I am sorry you itch. My mom does, but we know the reason for it. She is 83. Thank you for posting. Keep us updated. Everyone who replies helps more than they probably realize.

1 ReactionI would go to a dermatologist. I have eczema and it itches all over. Have learned stress makes it worse and I have a prescription ointment that I use when it’s really bad. If the dermatologist doesn’t have an answer, maybe try your PCP as they can order blood tests.

1 ReactionSorry to note your suffering.
Roughly after Covid shots I started itching. It spread everywhere and settled in some spots that are strangely symmetrical! Only Triamcinalone gives any relief. From last October, I started taking cortisol shots (x2) every there months. It's helping a lot. There occasional flare-up but in control. I haven't had one since January.
But there's one spot that's persistent. Top part of the feet close to the toes. Sometimes it's uncontrollable and the skin is tender and it sometimes opens up. Then it heals the next day. Sometimes it responds well to cool her of water.
Anyone with this experience? Any natural remedies? The doctors say it's due to diabetes (I'm db2) and don't say it's peripheral neuropathy. Some say it's a vascular issue causing blood pooling.

My skin has become sensitive. I can only wear light fitting clothes and no shoes.
